This Deval’S Blacke Book is hereby given unto those witches and warlocks who flock by night and have paid the coin. Let this incantantuum serve as the goetic book of mournful prayer. As these words written are words spoken by the attending spirits of the Nocturnal Arte Magical, let no cowan gain the power that lays within. These familiar spirits and devil’s of the land, sea and airs give these prayers and incantations as a treaty to rectify the relationship of this kind. It was born of a single deval’s interaction with the spirit of the land and spirits familiar to the craft of the witch, both horned and crowned in shinning light illuminate. The dragon that coils both in the sky and under the ground are living witnesses to this Atre Magical and are the guiding bodies both above and below which gives witches their calendar for celebratory services. Let their secrets be as a voice within thy ear to guide thee in thy wayward journey both inward and outwardly.
